Listening Activity With Written and Visual Inferences

We all made origami bow ties in English class today. The students followed instructions from a tutorial on Youtube. During the next English class they will engage in a short listening activity about origami engineering and its incredible uses in the near future. Attached below is the Upworthy.com post with the story and  a video describing the origami engineering process. Use your listening and reading comprehensions skills to help you understand the talk and reading.  Listen and look for proper nouns, emphasized speech, highlighted text, data, universal truths and anything (textual evidence) that may support your inferences about the story.
